The 2022 Poinsettia Pops Stage in review
“The 111th Season, a triumphant year of firsts.”
Unplayable musical instruments were donated by Music Depot of Greeley Co.
30+ art students from Weld County District 6 schools – Chappelow K-8 Arts Magnet, Prairie Heights Middle School, and Greeley West High School, transformed instruments into exceptional works of art for the 2022 GPO Poinsettia Pops Concert Stage, and it was a success!!!
Guild Member and 2022 Poinsettia Pops Stage Designer, Cheryl Douglas’s Design and Vision:
Take unplayable musical instruments and have art students in District 6 turn them into something else. This art will be placed on the stage within the Poinsettias for the 2022 GPO’s Poinsettia Pops Concert and be placed in the Festival of Trees silent auction.
Cheryl gave this year’s stage the title of: “The 111th Season, a triumphant year of firsts.”
